Tired of your same old breakfast?

Here’s a new one for fellow Impatient Chefs who are looking for fast, healthy food that is super yum.

This is one of my favorite breakfasts: 

5 mins to make.

3 minutes to eat.

High protein, low fat. 170 calories. One Weight Watchers smart point. Insanely good.

(I wish I were a better photographer so you could see how beautiful this is!)

Ingredients:

 

One egg fried in a dime size button of butter

1 tortilla – Pro Tip: Microwave for 1 minute and it becomes a delicious, hot crunchy chip

1/4 cup black beans

1 tsp fat free sour cream

Salsa of choice (Plus if around chop fresh lettuce, tomatoes, avocado)

Do this: Fry egg. Microwave tortilla. Microwave  beans. Lay egg on tortilla and top with sour cream and salsa. Super yum!
